Quit
I quit the job finally. After thinking twice, I talked to the manager last night. She was a little bit shocked and asked me to stay there. I told her I can’t because of my studies. I always don’t have enough time to finish the homework and relax myself. Thus, I could hardly focus on my studies. Anyway, the manager wanted me to think it twice before making the decision, but I said no and I just quitted. I’m not regret, instead, I’m sure I have made the right decision and it will do me good with my school works.

"I finally quit my part-time job" would be more idiomatic. I see that this is connected to your post of October 12, but that's a long time ago. You probably ought to say a little more even, e.g., "After thinking about it for the past month or so, I finally quit my part-time job at the 7-11 last night". It's always necessary to remind the reader of important details.
"I always don't have enough time" is a typical example of Chinese English. A native speaker would say it this way: "I never have enough time".
"I just quit" is correct.
"I don't regret it, and it will do my schoolwork good" is natural English.
You made a hard decision. To make it a good decision for you, you must now make sure that you use your free time to do your homework and study. If you don't, you won't have anything to show for your courage.
