Halloween is coming next week. Although people don’t really celebrate it in Taiwan, I like it very much. I got the news from where I work that every one should be dressed up with the Halloween special costume. I’m excited about it. But it’s also confusing me about what to wear. I have never seen what a ghost like, then how I can dress as it. And I don’t think Chinese ghosts look like Western’s. Anyway, maybe it will be a good choice to go as a witch. People might be scare away by me but it won’t matter. I like to scare others.

"everyone" is a single word in this case.
"dressed in a special Halloween costume" is correct.
"never seen what a ghost looks like" is the idiomatic expression.
"look like Western ghosts" is how to say it.
"scared away" is the way it should be.
Good clear paragraph. You might want to expand on your final sentence, though. What specifically [= give details and examples] do you mean? How do you go about scaring others? When was the last time you scared someone? How did yo0u do it? Who was it? Anyone we know?
By the way, do Chinese witches look like Western witches?
And how do you know that Chinese ghosts don't look like Western ghosts? Have you ever seen one? When and where?
